About the Role:
We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Quality Operations Manager.
This position combines three essential functions: Responsible Person (RP), Qualified Person (QP), and Quality Assurance (QA). As part of the Market Quality department, you will act as an RP and QP. Additionally, you will be responsible for QA activities, supporting the Product Quality System for products marketed in the Belux. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the BeNeLux Cluster and the Central East Europe region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Qualified Person (QP) for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), with a focus on batch release following rework operations.
- Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), ensuring distribution compliance.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including vendor quality management, local release, complaint handling, internal audits, deviation management, and more.
Requirements information
About you:
- Industrial Pharmacist with a passion for quality operations.
- QP certification recognized by the Belgian Agency is a must, while an RP certificate is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within a Pharmaceutical Environment, preferably with knowledge of Good Distribution Practices.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in French and English are essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus!
